This famous site was founded by St. Kevin in the 6^th century and the most iconic landmark, the round tower is over 1000 years old. Enter the visitor centre and find out more about this ancient city of learning, refuge and pilgrimage before exploring the fascinating ruins of its churches, graveyard and monastery for yourself. You may find time to follow the path to the Upper Lake and see the essence of this early Christian settlement set against the natural magnificence of the glacial carved valley.

Leaving the valley, we continue through the incredible Wicklow countryside to Mount Usher Gardens & Avoca Food Market.
